To clean your Enameled Cast Iron cookware, follow these steps: 1. Wash your cookware by hand using a small amount of the Lodge Enameled Cast Iron and Stoneware Cleaner. For stubborn, stuck-on food, simmer water for 3-5 minutes and use a pan scraper after the pan has cooled. 2. Dry your cookware promptly and thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel. 3. Rub a light layer of Seasoning Spray onto the surface of your cookware. Wipe away any oil residue with a paper towel.
